AV Hub · effective 24 October 2026

Who this covers

AV Hub is a private application operated by Artem Veklich for his own use only. The only Google accounts connected to it belong to him. It is non-commercial and has no other users.

Data accessed

How it is used

The data is used only to show the owner summaries, reminders and calendar entries, for example "coursework due Friday" or "bill due in 3 days". AV Hub never sends, deletes or changes emails.

Short extracts may be processed by an AI model provider (Anthropic) to classify messages. That processing is for this purpose only. The data is not used to train models by AV Hub, and it is not sold, shared for advertising, or given to anyone else.

Storage and retention

Data is stored on the owner's own self-hosted server. Message text is kept for up to 30 days. Extracted items (tasks, deadlines) are kept until the owner deletes them. Access tokens are stored on that server in files readable only by the AV Hub service account.

Google API Services User Data Policy

AV Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On revocation, stored tokens stop working and the owner can delete the stored data.
